What You’ll Be Doing
As a Nursery School Teacher, you’ll take an active role in leading learning experiences, supporting children’s development, and ensuring every child feels secure, inspired, and cared for.
You can expect to:
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYFS framework
- Work with toddlers or in the baby room
- Create and lead creative activities that challenge and support each child’s development
- Build strong relationships with parents and act as a key worker
- Maintain accurate developmental records for your key children
- Help ensure all safeguarding and welfare policies are followed
- Support children’s communication skills in both German and English
We’d Love to Hear from You if You:
- Hold a Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification or you speak German and are interested in working in child care
- Have previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting (e.g., as a nursery practitioner or nursery nurse)
- Are passionate about child development, language learning, and outdoor play
- Are comfortable working in a predominantly German-speaking environment
- Are enthusiastic, proactive, and enjoy being part of a supportive team

Our educational approach encourages children to become confident, relying on personal strengths. We aim to provide a nuturing environment giving each child the opportunity to become independent to develop into a confident person.
We promote bilingualism from early childhood. Before the age of seven is when two languages are most easily learned. When children first begin to speak a new language they will not be fluent and will communicate by intonation rather than words. They are greatly helped if they can talk with people who are completely fluent.
