Following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), our experienced educators plan learning around each child’s individual interests, stage of development and unique strengths.
About the setting:
My Little Boardroom is a unique co-working and Ofsted-registered childcare setting in Wokingham, designed to support parents while providing children with a nurturing, engaging and inclusive early years environment. We follow the EYFS framework and place a strong focus on children’s individual development, wellbeing, independence and learning through play.
Qualification level required:
Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised by the DfE for working within the EYFS.
Hours:
Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Our setting is open Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
Shift patterns:
Shift patterns typically fall between 8am and 5pm, Monday–Friday. Shifts will vary depending on the needs of the setting and may include early starts and later finishes.
Previous experience:
Ideally 1–2 years’ experience working in an early years setting, although we will consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate the right knowledge, attitude and passion for working with children.
Salary:
£28,000 - 30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
