_{Main Purpose of Job:}

_{Provide high quality flexible childcare for families from the local communities. Support the practitioners and colleague in a smooth running of the group to the highest standards. This role is focused on the 2-4 year old room.}

_{Early Years Practitioners, Early Years Apprentices. Works alongside with Early Years Lead and SENCO}

_{Main Responsibilities}

• _{Lunch cover}
• _{Job rota for daily tasks}
• _{Arrange home visits with management}
• _{Early Years Clusters if needed}
• _{Support supervisions termly with management}
• _{Support with staff meetings/ weekly morning meeting}
• _{Identify training needs/ conduct training if possible}
• _{Focus sheets review weekly}
• _{Check/ enhance / maintain learning environment. Champion system}
• _{Check with staff for provocations if necessary/ appropriate}
• _{Accommodate school transitions with Early Years lead}
• _{Peer observations}
• _{Buddy board checks}
• _Transitions
• _{Planning in the moment Officer of the room}
• _{Makaton officer with SENCO}
• _{Key worker /children allocations with management}
• _{Room moves famly termly with management}
• _{Check accident forms}
• _{Enter medication forms}

_{Nursery Practitioner}

• Level 3 in Childcare 
• Full time / Part time 27 - 36 hours (3-4 days per week) 
• £14.00ph
