0-2-5 Nursery Ltd opened in January 1991. The nursery operates in a large detached house in the Heaton Mersey area of Stockport. We are registered to take 82 children each day, split into 6 groups. There is a large garden behind the house with a soft flooring play area with a climbing hill, climbing wall, wooden playhouse and other large play equipment. Also, there is ‘roadway’ on which to ride bikes.
We have a large ‘mud kitchen’ at the side of the building where we also grow lots of fruit and vegetables with the children. At the front of the nursery there is a large grass space which the children use for various activities and play. There is also a sensory garden at the rear of the property where children can explore the natural environment with a ‘forest school’ feel.

025 Nursery was established in 1991 and we have a number of long standing staff. The knowledge, experience and qualifications of every member of staff mean that your child will receive excellent care at all times. Each child has a key worker who will monitor the child’s progress and liaise with the parents. The nursery is open all year round except on bank holidays and the 3 working days between Christmas and New Year (you will not be charged for the days between Christmas and New Year). We are open from 7.45am to 6pm and children will receive breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack and tea, which will include their 5 a day. The Nursery Education Grant is accepted for 3 and 4 year olds, as well as Childcare Vouchers.
