We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Your management and leadership skills will be essential in guiding both children and fellow staff members.

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Develop and implement engaging learning activities that promote children's development across all areas. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised nursery environment that meets health and safety standards. Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records to support their individual learning journeys. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, including participating in staff meetings and training sessions. Support children’s emotional well-being by providing comfort, encouragement, and guidance as needed.

A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable. Strong management and leadership skills to effectively guide team members. Excellent communication skills in English to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. Driving experience is advantageous for potential off-site activities or outings. A genuine passion for childcare and commitment to fostering children's development is crucial.
