About the Role
You will:

Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5

Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

Observe, assess, and record children’s development

Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
What We’re Looking For

A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

Previous experience working in an early years setting

Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding

A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
