Hospitality Host - Homefield Grange, Christchurch - £12.71 per hour

- Full time role, 36 hours per week
- Shifts include alternate weekends

Responsibilities
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors by providing exceptional hospitality service.
- Assist with meal service, ensuring dietary needs and preferences of residents are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and common areas.
- Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with other hospitality-related tasks as needed.
Ideal candidate
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality service and making a difference in the lives of residents.
