Hadlow Saplings Preschool & Day Nursery are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic, friendly team in our busy and nurturing setting.
We have 3 roles available:
Role 1: This is a full-time, permanent position for Room Leader.
· 4-day working week
· Minimum 38 hours per week
· Shifts between 7:45am – 6:00pm
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years, supporting their development both indoors and outdoors.
What We’re Looking For:
· Level 3 Early Years qualification
· Experience working in a nursery setting
· A genuine passion for child development
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
· A team player with a flexible and positive approach
· Someone who is motivated, reliable, and caring
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
· Planning and delivering engaging activities to support children’s learning and development
· Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress
· Building strong relationships with parents and carers
· Creating a safe, secure and stimulating environment
· Working collaboratively with the team
Salary From £28,018 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Role 2: Baby Room Nursery Practitioner (Full Time)
About the Role:
· Part-time, permanent position
· 4 days per week (38 hours)
· Shifts between 7:45am – 6:00pm
· Working with babies in a nurturing, supportive environment
You will play an important role in providing high-quality care and early education, supporting children’s development both indoors and outdoors.
What We’re Looking For:
· Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 2 considered)
· Experience working in a nursery or with young children
· A genuine passion for childcare and development
· Strong communication skills
· A positive, flexible and team-focused approach
Salary From £25,944.88 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Role 3 Baby Room Practioner Part Time
28.25 hours per week
Salary From £19,287.97 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)
