We are now looking for a Nursery Nurse and/or an experienced Room Leader to join our growing team.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children
- Support children's development in line with EYFS
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleaques
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
Room Leader (additional responsibilities)
- Lead and support a room team
- Plan and deliver engaging, age appropriate activities
- Support staff development within the room
- Monitor children's progress and support observations and assessments
- Communicate effectively with parents and management
What We’re Looking For:
- A passionate, enthusiastic individual who genuinely loves working with young children
- Relevant early years qualification (Level 2 or 3)
- Good knowledge of the EYFS
- A team player with a positive, professional and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Set within a beautiful detached Victorian house, our nursery offers a truly special learning space. Bright rooms, high ceilings, and inviting outdoor areas create a calm, inspiring atmosphere where children can grow and thrive. Our large gardens feature dedicated spaces for each age group, allowing children to move freely, safely, and independently.
We are registered to care for up to 94 children, from 6 months to 4 years old, across nine thoughtfully designed base rooms. Each room supports the individual needs and stages of every child — from cosy baby spaces to engaging preschool environments.
Our experienced and caring team of early years practitioners bring a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and warmth to every day. Together, we work in partnership with families to support each child’s unique journey — nurturing curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
