Early Years Educator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our childcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs through engaging activities and personalised care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's early learning experiences while working within a supportive and professional setting.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A positive, proactive, and caring attitude

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and independence among children.
• Monitor and assess individual progress, maintaining detailed records of developmental milestones.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety both indoors and outdoors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to organise daily routines, special events, and learning programmes.
• Manage behaviour positively, promoting good manners and respectful interactions.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the professional development of team members through mentorship and shared best practices.
