Chrysalis Nursery is a caring, family run children's day nursery located in Loughton We are dedicated to nurturing and educating children aged 3 months to 5 years, fostering a safe and stimulating environment that supports early development and learning. We currently have an Outstanding Ofsted rating and are looking for someone special to join our baby room team when a member goes on maturity leave (this is a permanent position).

Responsibilties:
- Provide attentive and personalized care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Support children's emotional and social development through positive interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a cohesive care environment.
Vacancy 2 - Nursery Practitioner (CM16 4BD)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
- Contribute to the planning and organization of nursery activities.
- Foster an inclusive environment that respects diversity and individual needs.
Requirements:
- Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 or above
- Flexible between the hours of 7:30am - 6:30pm
- Shift basis 5 days a weeks, combination of earlies & lates
- Strong communication skills in English

At Chrysalis all children are encouraged to learn through play. Our curriculum covers all the areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for children 0-5 years and is designed to meet the needs of each individual child.
Learning is categorised into seven areas in which our Early Years Professionals support and develop.
At Chrysalis we have a blended curriculum which incorporates ‘In the moment’ interactions, The Curiosity Approach values and adult lead interactions. Our two-year plan incorporates celebrating many events throughout the year such as religious festivals, charity events and other annual celebrations.
