Thank you for your interest in joining Applepips Day Nursery Ltd! We are a friendly and inclusive team with two nurseries in Rustington, caring for children aged 6 months to five years. Both settings are open Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 (excluding bank holidays), for 50 weeks each year with a Christmas closure period. We are committed to supporting the growth and well-being of every team member and welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
Level 2 - £13.90 / Level 3 - £14.10
2x Full-time / 38 hours per week over 4 days (day off to be agreed)
1x Part-time / 19 hours per week over 2 days
Requirements:
- Level 3 in Childcare (required)
- Flexible across the hours of 08:00 - 18:00
- All year round
Duties include:
- Working as part of a small, supportive team
- Getting to know the children through child-led interaction
- Observing and tracking children’s progress
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and families
- Using online learning journals (previous experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided)
