Oak Lee is a busy Montessori setting set in the heart of Pinner caring for children and babies from 6mths - 5yrs. We’re looking for an experienced practitioner and an Early Years Teacher with key person experience to join our friendly team.

Vacancy 1 - Early Years Educator

- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Pay: £13.22-£14.00 per hour (£27.497.60 - £29,120.00 per annum)
- Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Childcare (required)
Role
Delivering high-quality early education and learning to children. Your role involves creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development, working collaboratively with parents and other professionals to support each child's individual needs and development.
To be a key person to a group of children, maintaining children’s records on their achievement, assessment and ensure that children of the group are making good progress and that their needs are met.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience working with preschool aged children (essential)
Strong knowledge of the Montessori framework (desirable)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS (essential)
Previous experience working within a Montessori environment (desirable)
Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification

- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift Patterns: 7:30am - 6:00pm
- Pay: £16.10-£16.82 per hour (£33.488 - £34,985.60 per annum)
- Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Childcare (required)

Role
You will work closely with other educators and parents to ensure each child receives individualised attention and reaches their full potential.
Design and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, catering to the individual needs and interests of each child. Create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment where children feel valued. Maintain the classroom to the highest standards and support the planning of the outdoor provision.
What we’re looking for
