^Role 

^{Delivering high-quality early education and learning to children. Your role involves creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development, working collaboratively with parents and other professionals to support each child's individual needs and development.}

^{To be a key person to a group of children, maintaining children’s records on their achievement, assessment and ensure that children of the group are making good progress and that their needs are met.}

^{What we’re looking for}

^{Previous experience working with preschool aged children (essential)}

^{Strong knowledge of the Montessori framework (desirable)}

^{Strong knowledge of the EYFS (essential)}

^{Previous experience working within a Montessori environment (desirable)}

^{Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification}

• ^{Pay: £16.10-£16.82 per hour (£33.488 - £34,985.60 per annum)}

^Role

 ^{You will work closely with other educators and parents to ensure each child receives individualised attention and reaches their full potential.}  

^{Design and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, catering to the individual needs and interests of each child. Create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment where children feel valued. Maintain the classroom to the highest standards and support the planning of the outdoor provision.} 

^{What we’re looking for}
