- Level 3 (preferable)
- Flexible between the hours of 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Has a strong knowledge of child development and how young children learn
- Is confident using the EYFS framework
- Is creative, resourceful and able to use initiative
- Communicates effectively and works well within a tea
- Has energy, vision and a genuine belief that every child can succeed
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for a key group of children
- Plan, observe and assess in line with the EYFS
- Create a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child thrives
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Play a full part in the day-to-day care, learning and development of our children
