Since opening our doors in March 2004, we have continually worked to build Tiddlywinks into the thriving Outstanding company it is today. Early Years Educator

Requirements;
An Early year’s qualification to at least Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent, with preference for degree qualified practitioners
- Strong leadership and the ability to motivate a team are essential. Highly organised with excellent time management skills . Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with staff, parents, and external agencies. The ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems A strong understanding of child development, relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures is crucial An excellent understanding of the EYFS and how it is delivered.
