Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, including weekends (set days off)
Pay: £14 per hour (competitive)

Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, your duties will include:
- Preparing, cooking, and serving fresh, locally sourced produce to the highest standard
- Supporting fellow kitchen team members
- Contributing to menu development and adapting to day-to-day needs
- Ensuring meals are presented beautifully and meet dietary requirements
- Maintaining strict hygiene and kitchen standards
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a quality hotel, restaurant, or high-standard care setting
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- DBS check
- NVQ Level 2 or higher in Catering / Professional Cookery
- Own transport preferred
- Passion for fresh, creative, high-quality cuisine
- £14 per hour (competitive)
