The Role:
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, ensuring all children are supported to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a safe, secure, and engaging environment for children
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Observe, assess, and record children’s development
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Support children’s emotional and social development
* Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
Requirements:
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for working with children
