We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our welcoming team, committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. A fun and ambitious person to match the energy of our young enthusiastic children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and fun activities that cater to the diverse needs of children working as part of a team.
• Foster a love for learning through creative activities, play, and exploration.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and assessments.

Flexible shifts patterns between 7:30am - 6:00pm 

Essential skills/Experience Proven experience in early childhood education, particularly in nursery or childcare settings with a good understanding of the EYFS. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Ideal Candidate/Profile A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development with the ability to create engaging educational play experiences that stimulate curiosity and learning. Must have relevant qualifications in early childhood education level 2 or 3 CACHE Diploma, NNEB, NVQ.
