An opportunity has arisen at our successful and thriving nursery for a new room leader. Are you a leader of a small nursery looking for change, or already a room leader within a smaller setting wanting to expand your knowledge and experience. You will lead our large 18 months to 2.5 year room, with up to 27 children each day and a team of 10 staff.
Bovington Nursery is a large well-established nursery, with over 150 children and 30 staff. This is an exciting time for you to join us as we are expanding from four rooms to five; to accommodate all the children we have registered from September.
Bovington Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Applicants must undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Bovington Nursery will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination a person who will not be on the appointment panel will conduct the search and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
