Cleo's Caring Corner Day Nursery is looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our friendly team and create an exceptional environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is committed to delivering outstanding childcare and education while supporting and inspiring a passionate team of Early Years professionals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a dedicated nursery team.
- Ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding.
- Overseeing the delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
- Managing staff performance, training, and development.
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS requirements.
- Managing day-to-day nursery operations, staffing, and occupancy.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum).
- Previous Nursery Manager or leadership experience within an Early Years setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS.
- Strong safeguarding knowledge.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional childcare.
Desirable:
- Level 5 qualification or above.
- Paediatric First Aid.
- Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training.
- SEND experience.
- Experience preparing for Ofsted inspections.
- Safer Recruitment and Food Hygiene qualifications.
