Early Years Practitioner

Requirements: 

• Level 2 and above 
• Shift pattern would be 8am - 5pm 
• 40 hours a week 
• Monday - Friday

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team. In this role, you’ll help create a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow. You’ll play a key part in shaping early learning experiences while building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programmes for children aged 0–5 years.
• Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment that supports curiosity, creativity, and emotional wellbeing.
• Support children’s daily routines and activities, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and encouraged to participate.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and team members through clear and caring communication.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s development to support individual learning journeys and future planning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a consistent and high-quality approach to early years education.
• Champion best practice in childcare and early learning, contributing ideas that enhance the nursery experience.
